• Acuity Scheduling (or successor) — appointment booking

• Notion — internal project management and client files

5. Email Communications

If you subscribe to The Illist or provide your email in connection with a booking, you may receive communications from us. Marketing emails (like The Illist) will always include an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from that mailing list promptly.

Service-related emails (booking confirmations, session prep notes, follow-ups) are part of our service delivery. You cannot opt out of these while actively engaged as a client, but they stop once our project concludes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. Client project files are generally retained for three years following project completion. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

If you would like your information deleted, contact us at the address below and we will honor your request to the extent we are not legally required to retain it.
