Services Are Non-Refundable

All services provided by ILSE BRITT / Studio IB are bespoke and time-intensive. Because work begins at the point of booking — through consultation, research, sourcing, or preparation — all payments are non-refundable once a session or project has been purchased or confirmed.

This applies to all service tiers: The Power Session, The Edit, The Strategy, The Curation, The Personal Rebrand, and custom commercial engagements.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

  • More than 24 hours before your scheduled session: your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future booking, valid for 90 days.

  • Within 24 hours of your scheduled session: the session is forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are treated the same as within 24-hours cancellations.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a session are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of $75.

Each booking may be rescheduled once. A second reschedule request will be treated as a cancellation.


Multi-Session and Package Engagements

For multi-session packages (The Personal Rebrand and custom projects), the following applies:

  • Sessions completed are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to discontinue a package after work has begun, you will be charged for the sessions and deliverables completed to date at the applicable session rate. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

  • If Studio IB cancels or is unable to complete a project, a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet delivered.

Exceptions

We understand that circumstances arise. Exceptions to this policy are made at our sole discretion in cases of documented medical emergency or other extraordinary circumstances. Please reach out directly to discuss.
